Data Analytics Lead
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to drive advanced analytics and business intelligence across multiple lines of business. This strategic leadership role is responsible for shaping scalable BI and data-driven initiatives while aligning with the organization's transformation roadmap and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-wide analytics and BI solutions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business processes into analytical solutions
• Deliver large-scale data transformation programs using cloud-based technologies, especially Azure
• Define and oversee the development of robust data models, visual dashboards, and predictive insights
• Manage BI tools and platforms including Power BI, Databricks, SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and others
• Guide internal and external engineering teams for timely and high-quality project delivery
• Promote data governance, Lakehouse architecture, and security best practices across platforms
• Utilize Python, SQL, and PySpark for advanced data pipeline development and data manipulation
• Generate insights from complex and unstructured datasets to support business decisions

Requirements
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• SAP and Azure certifications are highly desirable
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics and BI
• At least 12 years in data-centric delivery roles and 5 years managing cloud-based analytics initiatives
• Proven experience working across Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, Finance, and Corporate domains

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems
• Expertise in analytics tools and platforms (Power BI, Azure Synapse, Databricks, SAP BI, etc.)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and data storytelling abilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional agile teams and manage transformation programs
