Job Summary

:

We are seeking a

Data Analyst

with a background in

fit-out projects

and a strong understanding of

materials used in fit-out

(such as flooring, wall coverings, finishes, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to materials, costs, schedules, and project performance to support fit-out operations. You will work closely with project managers and design teams to provide data-driven insights that optimize material selection, budget control, and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

:

Data Collection & Analysis

: Gather and analyze data related to materials used in fit-out projects, including costs, performance, and availability.

Cost Analysis

: Analyze material costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights into the most efficient materials for specific fit-out projects.

Material Performance

: Use data to assess the performance of various materials in different environments and report findings that can influence design decisions.

Project Tracking

: Track the progress of fit-out projects by analyzing timelines, material usage, and costs, ensuring that they align with project goals and budgets.

Reporting & Visualization

: Develop and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards related to material usage, project timelines, and overall performance using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Collaboration

: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand the material needs and constraints of each fit-out project.

Process Optimization

: Identify inefficiencies in material procurement, usage, and disposal, suggesting improvements to optimize project workflows.

Data Automation

: Automate data collection and analysis processes to reduce manual efforts and enhance project tracking.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of material-related data throughout the fit-out process.

Required Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree

in

Data Science

,

Engineering

,

Architecture

,

Construction Management

, or a related field. Knowledge of

fit-out projects

, including materials used (e.g., flooring, cladding, finishes, furnishings). Proficiency in

data analysis tools

such as

Excel

,

SQL

,

Python

, and

R

. Strong experience with

data visualization tools

(e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with

cost management

and

budgeting

related to materials in fit-out projects. Ability to provide data-driven recommendations based on material performance and cost analysis. Strong communication skills to present technical findings in a clear and actionable way for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience

working on fit-out or construction projects, particularly with materials and finishes.
