. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and designs for interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client specifications and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed CAD drawings for joinery, interior layouts, partitions, ceilings, and furniture.
Develop architectural and interior design concepts into technical drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams for design requirements.
Conduct site visits and take measurements as required.
Ensure all drawings comply with UAE regulations, codes, and project specifications.
Revise and update drawings as per project changes and approvals.
Maintain organized project documentation and drawing logs.
Provide 3D renderings and visualizations (if applicable).
Assist in material selection and design detailing.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (e.g., Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop is a plus).
Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and fit-out materials.
Knowledge of local authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both commercial and residential fit-out projects.
Familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
UAE driving license (optional but preferred).
