You will bring innovation, intelligence, and industry experience together with the newest technologies to help clients innovate at scale and transform their businesses. KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Own modern data & analytics platform implementation / modernization / migration projects from requirements gathering till support.
- Lead large, complex data initiatives including multiple project sub-streams and subject matter experts.
- Define/create migration roadmap and budgeting large scale cloud migration projects.
- Develop contract content to ensure the data platform solution is contracted to deliver client and Accenture value.
- Bring the operational experience to bear to ensure the solution is deliverable at acceptable risk to Accenture.
- Demonstrate data platform experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical transformation solutions.
- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and various teams internally and externally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years experience overall with at least 3 years leading delivery of large-scale data & analytics projects.
- Experience with one or more Cloud platforms
- Experience with one or more modern data & analytics solutions \xe2\x80\x93 Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake etc.
- Experience with SCRUM, SAFE, Waterfall methodology
- Ability to architect data solutions, applying concepts of data modelling, data validation, consolidation, data quality, data discovery and catalogue, data lineage.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, batch, near real-time and streaming.
- Experience in working in multinational environment and with complex landscapes.
- Self-motivation, proactiveness and openness to changes.
- Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
- Business oriented and results driven.
- Good analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Frequent travel to Oman (Required)
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology
- Relevant certification in Data and AI
