Customs Co-worker - Dubai
Position Overview
Emirates Logistics LLC is looking for a Customs Co-worker to handle documentation and customs processing for inbound and outbound shipments in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with strong data entry skills and basic knowledge of Dubai Trade systems.

What You'll Do

• Process DP World payments on the same day as BOE/ED date.
• Download and merge inbound and outbound documents within the required timelines.
• File non-remittance claims within two days of receiving the final SWB.
• Verify and check the correctness of all documents before processing.
• Process inbound and outbound BOEs and update related data accurately.
• Maintain and update invoice and EDI data in EL master files.
• Create shipment folders and ensure proper documentation storage.
• Follow up on escalated document issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inbound and outbound shipment status, including consumables tracker updates.
• Share information for Elux and MWPP shipments within 24 hours of arrival.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet KRA targets efficiently.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic knowledge of Dubai Trade procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong data entry speed and accuracy.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Alert, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
