Position Overview
Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a Customs Co-worker in Dubai, UAE to support import and export operations by managing customs documentation, data entry, and compliance processes. The role requires accuracy, speed, and knowledge of trade systems to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.

Core Duties

• Process DP World payments on the same day of BOE or ED date
• Download and merge inbound and outbound documents within set timelines
• File non-remittance claims within two days of receiving final SWB
• Create folders and organize files for outbound shipments after ED is processed
• Verify and update customs clearance (COK) status for inbound shipments
• Process and verify inbound and outbound BOE documentation
• Check invoice and EDI data, update EL master files, and save in shared folders
• Create and forward shipments in line with ATD schedules and escalate delays
• Follow up on escalated document issues to ensure timely resolution
• Verify BL documents for consumables shipments and update records
• Track, update, and maintain customs documents and reports consistently
• Support inbound and outbound teams in meeting delivery KPIs

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree with basic knowledge of Dubai Trade systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and data entry
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Previous experience in logistics or customs processing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and proactive working style
• Ability to work under tight timelines and coordinate effectively
