Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve account, transaction, and platform-related concerns with accuracy and empathy.
Work collaboratively with technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and platform updates to assist users effectively.
Record and manage customer interactions with clarity and consistency.
Provide feedback to internal teams based on user insights and concerns.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably within fintech, online gaming, or crypto.
Fluency in
English
and
any two
of the following:
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam
.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
Ability to handle high-volume support environments with professionalism and composure.
