We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Thai-speaking Customer Support Representative
to join our team in
Dubai Media City
. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Thai-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in
Thai Language
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experience
Upsell or cross-sell services when appropriate
Requirements:
Fluency in
Thai (Native or Near-Native)
and strong English communication skills
Proven experience in customer support or a related field (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with using CRM systems and support tools
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Positive attitude and team player
