Coral Gulf Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, taking orders, and managing communication through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer messages via WhatsApp
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions or concerns
Handle order placement, confirmations, and follow-ups
Manage complaints and provide solutions or escalate when necessary
Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional tone at all times
Keep records of customer interactions and report daily activity
Requirements:
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
