Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in
Japanese
and
English
.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and follow up when needed.
Meet service metrics, including response time, resolution quality, and customer feedback.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese
(spoken and written) - Native or near-native level required.
Valid
JLPT certification (B1/B2 or C1/C2)
is mandatory.
Strong command of
English
for business communication.
Previous experience in a
call center or customer service
environment is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and a basic understanding of customer support systems.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
