Role Summary:

We're hiring a

Customer Support Executive

with a creative edge. This hybrid role combines client communication, lead handling, and basic graphic design. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming WhatsApp, email, and call enquiries - managing queries, assigning leads to the sales team, and tracking each opportunity from start to close. Bonus if you can handle quick design tasks when needed!

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to

customer enquiries

via WhatsApp, email, and phone Manage and log

incoming leads

and route them to the appropriate sales rep

Follow up

with leads to ensure smooth progress and communication Maintain an up-to-date

CRM or lead tracking sheet

Handle

minor design edits

or create simple artwork (when required) Collaborate with the production and sales teams for client updates

Requirements:

2+ years experience

in customer support, coordination, or client service Strong communication and follow-up skills Familiarity with

basic graphic design tools

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
