Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
Plan, design, and produce engaging visual and video content for social media, website, and in-store digital screens.
Create graphics, layouts, and product visuals aligned with retail campaign calendars and promotions.
Develop high-quality short-form videos, reels, and stories to showcase products, collections, and brand experiences.
Capture or coordinate photo/video shoots for campaigns, product launches, and in-store activities.
Ensure all designs and visuals follow brand guidelines, tone, and seasonal direction.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and implement monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
Support retail activations, store openings, and campaign launches with relevant digital coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify creative opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, CTR, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
Use data insights to improve content quality and audience engagement.
Stay updated on social media algorithms, design trends, and platform innovations to ensure continuous growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience
in social media management and content creation (preferably in retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle).
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
or
Canva / Figma
.
Experience in
product styling, photography, or videography
is a strong plus.
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong understanding of GCC consumer behavior and regional social media trends.
