About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing brand in the beauty and retail space with multiple outlets and an expanding online presence. We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive who also has strong graphic design skills to support our marketing efforts across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete development and maintenance of our website. Design engaging graphics for website content, products, and services. Create eye-catching promotional and discount banners for physical stores, website, and social media platforms. Design and execute campaign creatives for platforms such as Deliveroo, Instashop, and other delivery partners. Coordinate with and provide direction to our digital marketing agency. Produce visual content for in-store TV displays. Monitor and manage Google reviews, including responses and engagement strategies. Identify, manage, and schedule influencer collaborations and store visits. Maintain and grow our LinkedIn page, increasing engagement and visibility. Explore and establish collaborations with complementary brands or businesses. Research and identify marketing opportunities on TikTok and develop relevant content strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of graphic design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or Canva. Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital platforms. Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the beauty, retail, or lifestyle industry. Previous work with online marketplaces or delivery apps (e.g., Deliveroo, Instashop). Basic video editing skills.
