Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms
Providing clear and accurate product information to clients
Preparing accurate quotes and order information
Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to support team operations
Occasionally assisting with studio photoshoots and events
What We're Looking For:
Good written and verbal communication skills
A warm, professional, and approachable personality
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
Position Details:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Schedule: Full-time | 6 days per week
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
