Job Description
A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Customer Success to be based in Dubai, UAE. - Responsible for account management
- Maintaining and building relationships with customers
- Onboarding new customers
- Maximizing customer satisfaction and success
- Establishing customer service policies and practices
- Providing high-level technical and product support
- Helping create social media posts and graphics for customers success
- Communicating effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs
- Serves as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
- Working with the sales and marketing team
- Complying with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Event planning experience a plus
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
- Good in MS Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- CRM savvy
- Ability to multitask and manage several customers’ needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Holder of UAE Driver’s license
- With transferable visa
