The team you’ll be part of
Act as technical SPOC for CNS Apps / Core projects in front of customer, in terms of all the technical aspects including solution design, feature content, delivery date and quality of the technical solution, from offer preparation through deployment activities and customer acceptance. is the customer prime interface for all the solution aspects and manages the day to day relationship with the customer. Works closely with sales / presales and PM / TPM to insure delivery of the solution as per customer requirements

  • Act as a trusted advisor partnering with the customer mgmt. on its strategy positioning & end-user understanding
  • Define the global solution architecture that meet complex customer needs and follow-up of the architecture evolution
  • Understand and captures critical customer inputs of stakeholders
  • Translate them into effective requirements and provides a variety of solutions
  • Apply solution architecture methodology, best practices, processes and principles to create innovative solutions that yield value for the customer.
  • Maintain solution integrity, including verification that the solution meets customers' implicit, explicit and dynamic requirements
  • Identify problems and risks early, including integration within customer's environment
What you will learn and contribute to

You have deep knowledge about 2-3 of the following solutions
  • Billing
  • Policy/Charging
  • Fullfillment
  • Mediation
  • Cloud "CBIS/CBAM/NCOM"
Qualifications:
  • B.SC. in Engineering
  • 15 years’ experience in telecom field with 4-5 recent years in the above solutions
