Ensuring that all customer orders are registered and confirmed within agreed frames.
Follow up on customer orders ensuring these are delivered according to the company\xe2\x80\x99s promises to customers.
Ensuring smooth handling of customer orders.
Taking care of price negotiations with the forwarders
Full analyse of freight cost numbers.
Capable of handling logistics operations and closely working with logistic partners to ensure smooth information flow about shipments status.
Ability to handle inventory and track inbound/outbound shipments to/from warehouse.
Ensure that all required export documents are issued.
Knowledgeable in Letter of Credit and clearance documentation.
Ability to do the overall customer service tasks when necessary (order process, shipping, invoicing, documentation and other related customer service tasks)
QUALIFICATION
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with customer service functions or similar
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Drop Shipments overseas.
Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably in MS Navision or Axapta
Extensive experience in working with Microsoft Office software\xe2\x80\x99s
Ability to handle customers with a smile via both verbal and written communication
Experience of working across different markets and cultures
