Our Client
A Dubai based sports and equipment distributor, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist, who will be responsible for day-to-day account coordination and end to end order management with our Regional Customers, which include Key-Large Retailer and e-Tailers Groups as we are smaller boutique entities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Regular Order Confirmation Process with Retailer Customers for Pre-Book and Re-Book Orders, including Order Confirmation, Product Implementation Files, and Invoice sharing
- Project manage the Order Fulfilment Process, alongside Operations and Logistics Team, for Inbound Shipments, Stock Allocation to Retailer Pre-Books and Outbound Shipments to Retailer-Customers
- Daily Retailer Customer-Communication relating to Stock Availability, Pre-Book and Re-Book Order Status', Order-Preparation Status Updates
- C omplicated Data Manipulation using Excel and Internal Inventory and Order Management Systems
- Problem Solving relating to Order Fulfilment, Order Issues and Retailer Issues
- Manage excel spreadsheets and format data
Your Qualifications:
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Systems and data driven mindset
- Distribution experience is a must
- Preferably experience within the sportswear industry/background or interest in the industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with order confirmation processing and shipments
