A Dubai based sports and equipment distributor, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist, who will be responsible for day-to-day account coordination and end to end order management with our Regional Customers, which include Key-Large Retailer and e-Tailers Groups as we are smaller boutique entities.
Your Responsibilities:
Regular Order Confirmation Process with Retailer Customers for Pre-Book and Re-Book Orders, including Order Confirmation, Product Implementation Files, and Invoice sharing
Project manage the Order Fulfilment Process, alongside Operations and Logistics Team, for Inbound Shipments, Stock Allocation to Retailer Pre-Books and Outbound Shipments to Retailer-Customers
Daily Retailer Customer-Communication relating to Stock Availability, Pre-Book and Re-Book Order Status', Order-Preparation Status Updates
C omplicated Data Manipulation using Excel and Internal Inventory and Order Management Systems
Problem Solving relating to Order Fulfilment, Order Issues and Retailer Issues
Manage excel spreadsheets and format data
Your Qualifications:
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Systems and data driven mindset
Distribution experience is a must
Preferably experience within the sportswear industry/background or interest in the industry
Excellent communication skills
Experience with order confirmation processing and shipments
