You will be working as Customer Service Specialist and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Buildings Division based in, Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to provide internal and external customer support/operations in local sales units from customer enquiry to product delivery to after-sales service to realize a complete sales process and to meet and exceed customer expectations. Should coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Customer Operations Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., customer enquiry to product delivery and payment assistance) by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinate resolution with after-sales service and/or spare parts teams.
  • Recommend appropriate solution for customer request and coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., product availability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) are in place. Process orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and act as first port of call to customers’ questions and orders.
  • Build long-term and sustainable customer relationships, and prioritize the work according to the defined criteria, to ensure regular customer satisfaction. Proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarify any questions and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
  • Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collect relevant information and track regular target performance and provide results to management.
  • Implement HSE and business compliance standard and regulations in area of responsibility.

Your background

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Supply chain background.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Fluency in both spoken & written in English.
