Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable all-rounder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is also creative with social media.

Key Responsibilities:



Handling customer service tasks, including: Attending phone calls Responding to customer enquiries via email and messaging platforms Assisting with orders, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution Managing our social media presence, including: Uploading and scheduling posts across our social media accounts Creating simple, engaging content (photos, captions, stories, reels) Responding to messages and comments in a timely manner Helping grow engagement and maintain brand consistency

Requirements:



Strong communication skills (spoken and written) Confident and professional when speaking to customers on the phone Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Basic content creation skills (phone photography, captions, simple videos) Organised, proactive, and able to multitask Experience in customer service or social media is a plus
A "two-way" person who can switch between customer service and social media tasks smoothly -- someone friendly, creative, and dependable.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
