Customer Service & Social Media Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in

Arabic and English

, have strong communication skills, and be able to convert customer inquiries into sales. The role involves managing customer interactions across platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while maintaining a professional and helpful brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Guide customers in finding products on our app (Star Gallery Mart*).
Convert inquiries into successful sales by presenting products effectively. Handle returns, warranties, and customer complaints efficiently.
Social Media:

Upload daily videos on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Write professional product descriptions and captions. Respond to comments, reviews, and messages professionally. Maintain a consistent, positive brand presence across platforms.
Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, etc.). Track and report on customer feedback and engagement. Suggest improvements for service and social interaction.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in customer service or social media. Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Must have a valid NOC. Excellent communication and sales skills. Social media and app navigation proficiency. Able to manage tasks independently and stay organized.
