Rizan Jewellery is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Executive & Social Media Executive

with prior experience in the gold and jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales while managing the brand's social media presence to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Executive Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable gold and jewellery products. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain thorough product knowledge including gold purity, pricing, making charges, and schemes. Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation accurately. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of jewellery items. Follow company policies related to security, stock handling, and customer service.

Social Media Responsibilities

Manage daily social media activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business. Create engaging content including product photos, reels, stories, and promotional posts. Respond to customer inquiries and messages received through social media channels. Promote new arrivals, offers, schemes, and festive campaigns online. Coordinate with the sales team to convert social media leads into showroom visits and sales. Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience in the gold/jewellery industry

(mandatory). Proven experience in jewellery sales and customer handling. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of local jewellery market trends is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling gold, diamond, and jewellery sales. Basic photography or video skills for social media content. Sales-driven mindset with digital awareness.
