Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Sales:
Promote and sell the company's products or services to new and existing customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert them into actual customers.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and customer service activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
Proven experience in sales (minimum 5 year).
Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook).
