Multilingual Customer Service Representative Representative
(fluent inArabic, English, and French
) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and market knowledge of the UAE, with the ability to deliver exceptional support to our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:

in-person, phone, and email support
inArabic, English, and French
.? Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and sales-related requests.

monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic, English, and French

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Hospitality experience is a plus.

meeting/exceeding sales targets.

negotiation & communication skills.

work under pressure
