Customer Service Officer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with candidates and internal recruitment teams
- Provide accurate information about recruitment services
- Maintain records, follow up on requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support daily administrative and customer service operations
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the UAE
- Experience in recruitment or HR agencies is highly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
