Seekers Consultancy, a leading Human Resources, Management, Executive Search, PR, Training & Outsourcing consultancy firm, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive with a background in shipping company work experience. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a freight forwarding or shipping company, with strong communication skills and confidence in handling customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Assist customers with shipping-related queries, including tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing shipment status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a freight forwarding or shipping company.
- Strong communication skills and ability to confidently interact with customers.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Filipino languages.
