Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries and appointments (in person, by phone, and online)
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or clinic setup is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Presentable, organized, and patient-oriented
