: Receptionist (Sports & Fitness Industry)

Position Overview

We're seeking a professional and energetic Receptionist with

strong sports, fitness, or hospitality industry experience

. The ideal candidate has an excellent customer service and sales background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver a high-quality experience to every member, guest, or client who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, welcoming, and informative support to prospective and new customers. Handle inquiries, complaints, and member concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Determine quick, effective solutions to customer questions and escalate issues when necessary. Troubleshoot common service or membership-related issues. Manage front-desk operations including calls, emails, and web chats. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM, VoIP phone systems, and standard office software. Support sales efforts by explaining services, memberships, promotions, and program offerings. Uphold a professional, service-oriented environment consistent with a sports/fitness setting.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the sports, fitness, or hospitality industry (sports preferred). Candidates in the above industries only are encouraged to apply.

Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple requests at once. Active listening skills, especially when assisting upset or frustrated customers. Time-management skills to respond promptly across all communication channels. Comfortable remaining upright and stationary for extended periods during shifts. Technical proficiency with CRM platforms, email, chat software, and VoIP systems.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
