Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Educate customers about products and services to meet their needs effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies and UAE regulations with a focus on service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Must be a UAE National with an excellent command of English;
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field within the service industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
