To manage all non-face-to-face customer enquiries received through phone and digital platforms and convert them into measurable business outputs, while providing structured support to talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and head office administrative functions.
This role does not involve walk-in customer handling or on-ground sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Enquiry Conversion
Handle customer enquiries via phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms
Provide accurate, clear, and professional information on services, packages, timelines, and internal processes
Convert enquiries into:
o Qualified leads
o Confirmed bookings
o Internal handovers to Sales / Operations teams
Maintain enquiry logs, follow-up trackers, and response SLAs
Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Branch teams for enquiry closure
Ensure all communications reflect company brand standards and professionalism
No walk-in customer handling or on-ground sales responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support:
Coordinate interview scheduling (virtual and in-person)
Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview status and outcomes
Maintain recruitment trackers, CV databases, and interview records
Support onboarding activities, including:
o Document collection
o Offer follow-ups
o Joining formalities coordination
Assist HR with recruitment-related administration and reporting
Administrative & Office Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative support for Head Office operations
Maintain and organize digital and physical records, files, and databases
Assist in preparing official documents, letters, reports, and internal trackers
Coordinate internal communications between departments
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and task follow-ups
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company and employee information
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Follow company SOPs, HR policies, and internal standards at all times.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone, email, and digital communication etiquette
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or recruitment is preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven mindset
Note: Arabic Speaker also preferred
