Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and support
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Support sales and operations teams with client-related communication and documentation
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English essential, other languages a plus)
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Bachelor's degree preferred
