A Global Logistics and Freight Forwarding Company based in DWC Dubai is in need of a Customer Service Executive. Candidate must have experience in Freight Forwarding Company or Logistics company as a Customer Service Executive or related position. Salary: 3,000AED - 4,000AED
- Placing booking
- Follow up for bookings
- Co-ordinating with transporter for container placement for stuffing
- Providing container details to shipper
- Arranging checklist approval from shipper
- Co-ordination with operations for clearance
- Do you have customer service experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company? If yes, which company?
