Job Description
Prior experience in Customer Service Prior experience in the Freight & Logistics field Build sustainable relationships of trust with through open and interactive communication with existing/potential customers Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within acceptable time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Effective monitoring of shipments Maintain and provide various reports as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- freight forwarding: 2 years (Preferred)
