We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Executive for Logistics DWC-LLC Location: Dubai South - DWC Position: Customer Service Executive Salary: 3,000AED - 5,000AED (Based on experience) Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and monitor freight network and pattern for import/export & transshipment by sea or road based on the shipping instructions Establish SOP with service providers and customers Review all transportation options to ensure competitive cost model for Ocean and Land freight activities Ensure maintenance of system database to manage effectively carrier relationship, performance, contractual and volume commitments, rates and service levels Performance Analysis of freight and customs service providers through KPI reporting Tools and Exception Reporting Requirements: Min 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in import/export, shipping documentation, warehousing or logistics Previous exposure to international markets/culture, able to communicate and relate effectively to overseas customers/partners/colleagues Must have experience in a Freight Forwarding Company Immediate Joiner only Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
