Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound (cold) calls to potential clients and leasing inquiries.
Provide accurate information about available properties.
Record and update call details and customer information.
Coordinate with the leasing team for appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage).
Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM experience is a plus).
Prior experience in real estate or customer service preferred.
