Job Description

Responsibilities:



Respond promptly

to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Resolve customer complaints

efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.

Guide students and prospects

about our courses, enrollment procedures, and payment options.

Maintain accurate records

of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and inquiries in the system.

Coordinate with internal departments

(Sales, Accounts, Trainers, etc.) to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.

Follow up

with students to ensure they are receiving the support they need after enrollment.

Requirements:



Candidates must have a sponsorship visa Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam Atleast 6 months of experience as a customer service executive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
