Maintain accurate records

Coordinate with internal departments
(Sales, Accounts, Trainers, etc.) to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
Follow up
with students to ensure they are receiving the support they need after enrollment.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a sponsorship visa
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
Atleast 6 months of experience as a customer service executive

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
