Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins from tenants regarding maintenance requests, service issues, and general inquiries.
Effectively manage and calm upset or distressed tenants, providing timely and empathetic responses and solutions.
Log and track service requests using the designated facility management system.
Coordinate with the FM Supervisor and FM Engineer to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and escalate when necessary.
Follow up with tenants on open requests to ensure satisfaction and timely closure.
Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on customer service performance, issues, and resolutions.
Support the FM team during emergencies and high-pressure situations, ensuring calm and efficient service delivery.
Uphold company service standards and represent the organization positively at all times.
Mandatory Speaking efficiency in English. Arabic optional.
Women candidates Preferable.
