Key Responsibilities:

Availability Coordination:

Ensure constant communication with the control center to coordinate and monitor the availability of limousine taxis. Receive and respond promptly to dispatch instructions from the control center. Implement strategies to optimize limousine availability during peak hours.

On-site Promotion:

Actively promote the limousine taxi service on-site to attract potential customers. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding the service offerings. Employ promotional materials and engagement techniques to increase service visibility

Queue Management:

Organize and manage the limousine taxi queue efficiently. Ensure fair and transparent queuing procedures for customers. Resolve queue-related issues promptly and professionally.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns. Assist customers in boarding and exiting limousine taxis. Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor

Reporting:

Submit daily reports on activities, customer interactions, and any incidents. Communicate any operational challenges or suggestions for improvement to the control center.

Language Skills:

A good level of English proficiency is required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
