Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated female candidate to fill the role of Customer Service cum Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Generate new sales leads and convert them into customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers - Meet and exceed sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in customer service and sales - Proven track record of success in sales and customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools - Available to join immediately
