We are seeking experienced
Customer Service Executives with expertise in insurance approvals and billing
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, handling insurance-related processes seamlessly, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to enhance patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction & Support:
Greet, assist, and guide patients courteously and professionally.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, insurance approvals, and procedures.
Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate unresolved issues as needed.
Clearly communicate diagnostic procedure details, preparation guidelines, and associated insurance policies.
Administrative & Operational Tasks:
Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records, insurance forms, and billing documents in the system.
Assist in managing patient schedules and coordinating appointment bookings.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient data and insurance details.
Follow-Up & Reporting:
Track the status of insurance approvals, claims, and pending reimbursements.
Generate daily reports on insurance approvals, rejections, billing accuracy, and service performance.
Follow up with patients regarding pending documentation or clarifications required for insurance processing.
Insurance Approvals & Billing:
Manage insurance approvals, submissions, and resubmissions efficiently.
Process insurance claims in compliance with insurer protocols and clinic policies.
Follow up on pending approvals and rejected claims to minimize delays.
Provide clear explanations to patients regarding insurance coverage, pre-approvals, and policy terms.
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve queries related to approvals, denials, or discrepancies.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of patient billing with all necessary documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of local UAE experience in customer service, insurance billing, and approvals within a healthcare facility.
Strong knowledge of UAE insurance protocols, including claim submissions, pre-approvals, and resubmissions.
Skills & Attributes:
In-depth understanding of insurance processes, including coding and billing systems.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
Proficiency in healthcare software and billing platforms.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle patient concerns professionally.
