We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
customer service executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining our attestation services and equivalency services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages professionally
Assist customers with document attestation procedures and requirements
Coordinate with operations and back-end teams to provide timely updates
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-ups
Maintain records and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayali
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools)
Malayali Female candidates will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
