Role: Customer Service Executive
Work Experience: 3-5 years UAE experience in Courier Industry [ compulsory]
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience
Work Location: Dubai
Age - 25-40
Nationality - Preferably Asians
Gender - Male
SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities * Experience in Call center (Courier)

  • Experience in Customer Service (Coordination with customers and agents through email)
  • Experience in Export and imports (courier - International)
  • Quotations to clients
  • Experience in Bookings and processing AWBs of agents (DHL, FedEx and UPS etc)
  • Track and trace
  • Resolving disputes (Courier related)
