Al Taie Center is looking for a confident, well-spoken
Arabic Speaking Customer Service Agent
to join our clinic team in Abu Dhabi.
This role is front-facing and patient-focused. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone, so clarity, empathy, and professionalism matter.
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and at the front desk
Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments
Guide patients through clinic services and procedures
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams
Maintain accurate patient records and follow-ups
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Good communication skills in English
Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
Must have
own valid UAE visa
Presentable, polite, and patient-focused
