Customer Service Sales Coordinator

to join our team across our retail shop network. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, exceptional service skills, and a commitment to responsible alcohol sales practices.

AED 3,000 per month (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities



Product Expertise:

Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including fine wines, spirits, beers, and related accessories, to effectively educate customers and recommend appropriate products.

Promotional Execution:

Actively promote new arrivals, special offers, and seasonal products, and drive customer interest.

Handling Inquiries:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, orders, and special requests (e.g., bulk orders, specific product sourcing), ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Outbound Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided databases to promote products and services.

Sales & Lead Generation:

Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Customer Relationship Management:

Foster and maintain positive business and customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
