**Customer Relations Executive - Real Estate Leasing - Al-Futtaim Dubai**
**Role Summary**
Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate is hiring a Customer Relations Executive to manage property leasing operations and client contract compliance at Dubai Festival City. This role ensures all property documentation follows UAE legal requirements and supports a seamless customer experience through Yardi-based workflows and CRM integration. **What You'll Do**

• Provide timely responses to tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease-related issues
• Assist in budgeting, data reporting, and tracking property KPIs
• Support process optimization initiatives within CRM and leasing workflows
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments

**Ideal Profile**

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UAE leasing or real estate customer service
• In-depth understanding of UAE real estate leasing regulations and best practices
• Strong contract drafting and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi property management software
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer interaction skills
• High attention to legal accuracy, confidentiality, and professional standards
