Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring a Risk and Compliance Executive to ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency across its entertainment business in the UAE. This role is responsible for conducting compliance reviews, monitoring adherence to internal policies, and supporting management with risk mitigation strategies. The position involves close collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Country Managers to maintain high governance standards and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured compliance review plans for both operational and back-office functions.
• Conduct audits and compliance checks, identifying gaps and ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to reporting timelines across business functions to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Support the rollout of new compliance initiatives in coordination with the Compliance Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and assist with investigations where necessary.
• Perform site visits across UAE entertainment venues to ensure operational compliance and policy enforcement.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency and mitigate potential risks.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, risk, or operational audit within corporate or entertainment environments.
• Compliance certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
