Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking business setup services.
Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide accurate information about company services, packages, and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Collect feedback to help improve service quality and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Languages:
Fluent in English; Hindi preferable.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer relations or client-facing roles is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
