Customer Relations Executive
to manage daily communication, order processing, and coordination between customers and internal departments.Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries. Process and reconfirm daily orders. Coordinate with Production, Packing & Logistics for smooth deliveries. Track order readiness, delays, shortages, and urgent requests. Log and follow up on customer complaints until resolved. Maintain order records, customer updates, and daily reports.
Requirements
2-3 years experience in customer service or coordination (F&B preferred). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Must be able to work from Al Quoz 3.
