Customer Relations Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A market leading luxury Real Estate team in Dubai : o Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally, including client inquiries, suppliers, agents, etc. o Managing the Manager's calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. o Maintaining call logs, meeting notes, and timely follow-ups using the CRM system. o Serving as the primary liaison between management, clients, and partners, ensuring smooth and clear communication.
Requirements
40 years and below o Highschool diploma or Bachelor's degree - business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. o Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service in real estate or related industry o Strong understanding of real estate properties, with a passion for luxury properties is a plus
