Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous engagement. Assist in developing customer service processes and standards. Support marketing tasks on social media, monitoring engagement, and reporting. Attend internal and client meetings to represent the company and support sales/marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:



Female 2+ years of experience in customer relations or customer service (preferably in the services/training sector). Academic background in business, marketing, or related field. Fluent in English. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of social media marketing. Salary + Incentive. Join Immiadiatly.
